We’re seeking a highly talented and driven Senior Account Manager to support our agency relationships across professional sports, luxury and fashion brands and DOW 30 clientele.

Heritage Werks is a content agency – specializing in one of the most exciting spaces to hit marketers since social media. We’re growing rapidly and have a great opportunity for a senior account manager, preferably based out of the Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas area, but working remotely.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage day-to-day account relationships
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of agency professionals including our archival team, research team, project management, creative, media, finance and billing
Work to onboard and set the strategy for new clients
Confidently pitch conceptual proposals and champion solutions to senior level client contacts
Create and present account briefs to client teams
Lead communications with clients – verbal and written, including regular executive updates, tailored to a client’s specific needs
Work with project management to ensure all project activity aligns with the client’s strategy consistently throughout the engagement
Set expectations with clients that incorporate realistic internal deadlines
Work with client teams to ensure expectations are delivered against in a timely and complete manner
Work with clients to understand their communications and brand strategies
Act as final quality check before deliverables are sent to clients
Surface new opportunities with clients and collaborate with internal teams to create related proposals
Travel required to visit client sites, as needed
Occasional travel to Heritage Werks Headquarters located in the Atlanta area
6-8+ years client service/brand strategy experience (with proven relationship management and business development success)
Experience working in marketing agency environment
Experience managing and growing high-level client relationships
Comfortable pitching new ideas and solutions to key decision makers
Demonstrated success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization
Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
