Founder & CEO
Before founding Heritage Werks in 2009, Keir held global roles at several WPP agencies. He knows the ins and outs of everything from interactive marketing to reputation management, branding, sponsorships, corporate communications and community relations.
This unique combination led to Heritage Werks, an innovative content company driven by global marketing know-how.
Charlie is best known as the co-founder of Genesco Sports Enterprises, where he and partner John Tatum represented Pepsi, MasterCard, Motorola, Coors and many others in negotiations with almost every pro sports league, team and property in the U.S.
At Heritage Werks, Charlie helps sports teams and top brands across multiple industries realize the power of their heritage through optimized and accessible archives.
SVP, Archival Services
Debbie is one of the most experienced archivists in North America. She started her career at the Smithsonian Institution and since then has developed, preserved, cataloged, refined, digitized, benchmarked and managed hundreds of archival collections for some of the most respected brands, institutions and individuals in the world.
Debbie leads the Heritage Werks archival team, bringing fresh ideas to archival services for corporations, brands, professional sports teams, celebrities and more.
Chief Financial Officer
Valerie has led the Financial and Human Resources teams at Heritage Werks for more than a decade – guiding the company from a small entrepreneurial start-up to a global leader in the discovery, management and monetization of heritage. Prior to Heritage Werks Valerie served as a senior executive at Arthur Andersen, Baxter and Cardinal Health. Her career spans more than 30 years in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy with a focus on employee satisfaction and customer success.

Nicole has deep expertise in identifying and solving clients’ challenges. With a background at boutique creative and digital agencies serving major media and Fortune 100 companies, universities and more, she seamlessly integrates our services into clients’ operations.

With a background in broadcast media, Ryan understands what clients need to tell their stories in a 24-hour-news-cycle world. Ryan directs cross-functional teams of professional archivists, technologists, project managers and digitization specialists at Heritage Werks to develop new and innovative solutions that keep our clients on the forefront of an evolving digital world.
